Served in the Israeli Defense Forces as an infantry reconnaissance team member. BK’s expertise includes firearms, tactical operations, hand-to-hand combat, amphibious assaults, operational security in hostile areas, intelligence and counterintelligence operations. BK operates four companies, specializing in tactical training, self-defense/defensive-tactics, and security and protective services. BK's training is considered to be the leading in reality base training for law-enforcement, military, security companies, and civilians. BK is often used as a consultant in designing training programs for military and law enforcement agencies. In addition, BK has served as the Lead Defensive Tactics instructor for the MD Police and Corrections Training Commission 2008-2011. Masada Tactical Protective services, is considered today as the leading high-risk security services provider, and has been working closely with fortune 500 executives, head of states, and law-enforcement agencies. BK earned his Bachelor's Degree in Counterterrorism and International Security from the University of Maryland, and his Masters in Security Management from American Military University.

Since 1994, Scott Turner has trained over 8000 people to handle their firearms safely and responsibly.

Starting at a very young age, Scott was taught about safe and responsible gun handling. After his Mother passed, Scott's Father enrolled him into martial arts. Going into the military at the age of 17, he excelled at being a soldier. In 1989 he graduated Ft. Benning's Infantry school. 1990 -1992 he held a markmans slot as a 19D4B (Cavalry Scout).

Scott is a 6th degree black belt in Taekwondo, Master instructor, black belt in Krav Maga, and certified in 4 different Krav Maga systems; including the prestigious Wingate Institute in Israel.

Scott is also a certified ASHI First-Aid, CPR, and AED instructor, NRA Certified firearm instructor (Multiple disciplines), NRA Range Safety Officer (RSO), NRA Training Counselor (Trains Instructors), NRA Chief Range Safety Officer (CRSO), and Certified through the Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Following his motto of "if you are not progressing, you are regressing", Scott has continued his training through Wingate Institute (Israel), ATA (American Taekwondo Association), NRA (National Rifle Association), ITTS (International Tactical Training Systems), Krav Maga (Israeli Military Self-Defense), not to mention numerous seminars and systems of other schools.

In 2019, Scott was hired by an ammunition company to launch their lead free frangible line of handgun ammunition.  Dy December he was the Director of Marketing and Sales.  That company was purchased by Federal ammunition.  Scott has been the Shotshell product line manager since.  As part of the innovation council, Scott has input on projects that impact commercial, law enforcement, and military munitions.
